Read anything good this month, other than this month's selection, of course? List it here. Others may not have the time to read multiple books this month, but it's always good to have a list just in case. Any genre is fine. Plus, as we gear up for the holiday season, it's always good to have a list of books that may make excellent gifts. Please include the title, author's name, and a brief description of the book and why you enjoyed it.

I just finished reading "Terms of Endearment" by Larry McMurtry - it was excellent. It's been a few years since I read "The Evening Star" which takes place after "Terms of Endearment" and had only a vague memory of really liking it. I had forgotten how well developed his characters are, how wonderful the dialog, and how visual his imagery.
I'm a little confused by his intro that says that this book is the last of three of these characters... I may have to go back and see which others include some of these same people and add them to my list.

This is a fictional account of a stolen identity. Chapters alternate between the person from whom it was stolen and the person who stole it. I liked it...but it scares me to think how easily this can happen!
