**** I liked it and would read the sequel to it. I had to talk myself into reading it, especially when the guy at Barnes and Noble had to go deep into the science fiction section to retrieve it for me. I've never been back that far before! I've recommended it to several people already.

I really enjoyed this book and will read the sequel. I grew to love all of the characters, thought they were so well developed in the story that I began to like them like they were people I knew myself. I was also very impressed with the author's creativity in creating a new world, inhabitants, language - all feeling believable and not contrived. I really enjoyed this book.
